Developing Cascading Goals

A goal is an idea or a result that is envisioned by an individual or a group of people.  In the corporate world, the entire organization envisions the same goal in order to have focused efforts and faster results.  How does the goal-setting process take place?  There are different approaches to a goal-setting process followed by diverse organizations.  These approaches have some benefits and drawbacks.  In this course, we will explore cascading goals.
